What size are your lolly packs?

All our lollies are sold in 1kg packs — perfect for sharing, gifting, or keeping all to yourself 😉

What types of lollies do you offer?

We currently offer two main ranges:

• 1kg Gummy Lollies

• 1kg Sour Lollies

Both are packed with a variety of delicious flavours and favourites.

Will my lolly mix be the same every time?

Not exactly! Our mixes depend on what’s available at the time of packing.
We always aim to provide a great variety with evenly distributed lollies, but no two mixes are the same.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually packed within 1–2 business days, with delivery taking around 1–5 business days depending on your location within New Zealand.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel.

What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged?

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, it is their responsibility.
If any issues occur during delivery, please use your tracking details to contact the courier directly.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the nature of our products (food items), we do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll do our best to sort it out.

How are payments handled?

All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers (such as Afterpay).
We do not store any card details.

Are your lollies suitable for everyone?

Please enjoy our lollies in moderation.
We are not responsible for any underlying health conditions that may be affected by consuming our products. Always follow a balanced diet.
